April 30, 2025 — Radiology Partners (RP), the leading technology-enabled radiology practice in the U.S. through its affiliated practices, today announced it will work with Envision Healthcare (Envision) to support the transition of radiology services as Envision transitions out of the specialty and positions its teams with a practice solely dedicated to radiology. Under a transition agreement, RP is positioned to provide a seamless path forward for clients who choose to continue care through its practice—helping ensure continuity for patients, stability for clients and support for radiologists and non-clinical teammates. This transition reflects a commitment to minimizing client and patient disruption and preserving trusted relationships across ~95 client sites, including onsite and teleradiology services. RP anticipates onboarding up to 400 radiologists, reinforcing its commitment to local care delivery, clinical excellence and strong operational partnerships.
Through this transition, RP will work to preserve the high standard of care patients expect, support existing clients and seamlessly onboard radiologists and support teammates who choose to join RP. RP’s approach reflects its foundational priorities: patient-centered care, scalable clinical and technological innovation, physician leadership and long-term partnership with hospitals and health systems.
