High Risk Features:

    • Hemothorax / hemopericardium.
    • End organ infarction.
    • Aortic diameter >40mm, false lumen diameter >22mm.
    • Entry tear on the lesser curvature of the aorta.
    • Refractory pain and/or hypertension.
