Annually at our Practice Leadership Summit (PLS), we honor Radiology Partners (RP) teammates who live our practice values.
This long-standing tradition allows us to celebrate those among us who embody integrity, teamwork, excellence, service and accountability. By their example, these extraordinary individuals inspire us to be better—better people, better leaders, better human beings, both in our professional and personal lives. This annual recognition ensures our values and culture remain at the forefront of our mission to transform radiology.
The four 2025 Value Award winners were nominated by their peers and selected through a rigorous process, and we are thankful they are on our team. Congratulations!
Excellence: Holding ourselves to the highest of professional and personal standards. We deliver quality care and experience to patients and family members, all related partners and each other.
Dr. Josh Heck: Excellence Award
As a practicing radiologist and President at Radiology Alliance, Dr. Josh Heck serves patients in the Nashville area while leading his practice there. He also serves as Chair of RP’s Presidents Council to represent all practice presidents at RP.
Dr. Heck was recognized for the excellence he displays as a leader in both the clinical and operational spaces of RP. He has the unique role of serving the interest of individual radiologists and RP’s broader network of affiliated practices. No matter if his colleagues are front-line physicians or c-suite executives, they all describe him as an authentically kind, trustworthy and humble leader who operates out of duty and service. They also shared how, despite his roles as a leader, he is still able to do the hard work, rolling his sleeves up amid challenges for his team.
Service: We exist to provide the best in radiology services. We strive to understand the needs of our clients – especially patients and referring physicians – and exceed their expectations.
Dr. Mark Beller: Service Award
As a radiologist for Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates (RIMA), he serves patients and communities in California.
Colleagues describe Dr. Beller as a true servant leader who takes the lead to do what it takes to serve his patients, referring providers and practices, never asking for or expecting anything in return. He was recognized for his cheerful disposition, infectious, positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done – while joyfully doing so. His colleagues also described his deep loyalty to his own teammates and their families.
Elina Parekh: Service Award
Elina Parekh serves RP as Associate Vice President of Clinical Transformation.
Elina received the Service award for her loyalty and dedication to her work. Colleagues describe her as a positive leader who guides change, spending countless hours with radiologists and local practice leaders explaining, guiding and serving in the change journey to ensure a better, improved experience for them. She is a strategic problem-solver and provides support in a selfless manner, and she plays a pivotal role in ensuring both individual radiologist and local practice success.
Accountability: Driven by our desire for continuous improvement. We take responsibility for our actions and acknowledge that each of us has a role in the success of the practice.
Jennifer Whittaker: Accountability Award
Jennifer Whittaker serves as Vice President for Operations and Integrations at RP.
Jennifer was recognized for the accountability she displays as she consistently leads with clarity, energy and purpose. Her colleagues describe her ability to turn complexity into clarity with operational precision while being personable and positive. Additionally, she leads by example and holds herself to a high standard of accountability, inspiring others to do the same, and positions herself as a trustworthy leader who elevates colleagues around a compelling vision.
