Radiology Partners (RP) is excited to announce SOAR, our new mentorship program that will pair RP radiologists with fourth-year radiology residents and fellows to help guide them through their final training year and job search process.

SOAR stands for

  • Supporting
  • Opportunity &
  • Achievement for
  • Rads

After mentors and mentees are paired together, we encourage the duos to meet at least monthly to work on the mentee’s established goals and discuss their areas for development. Additionally, the SOAR program will connect all participants through periodic events such as mixers and mentor/mentee forums, first virtually and then hopefully in-person in the future, to create a network for all radiologists involved in this valuable development opportunity.

If you are a fourth-year radiology resident or fellow, we invite you to join us in SOAR. Reach out to andrea.bradley@radpartners.com to apply.

Dr. Arthy Saravanan is the Associate Chief Medical Officer for Recruitment at Radiology Partners, a leading physician-led and physician-owned radiology practice in the U.S. For the latest news from RP, follow along on our blog and on TwitterLinkedIn and Instagram.
