Basak has more than a dozen years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, payor strategy, marketing and public relations with DaVita Inc. where she most recently served as vice president, revenue cycle management. Prior to DaVita, Basak served as senior associate consultant at Bain & Company, a leading strategy and management consulting firm. She earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Basak joined Radiology Partners in 2014.

Jay began his private practice with Radiology Imaging Consultants at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Illinois and now has more than 30 years of practice experience. He earned his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and then completed his internship in Medicine and Surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital and Weiss Memorial Hospital in Chicago. Jay returned to Johns Hopkins Hospital completing his Diagnostic Radiology Residency and became the Chief Resident in Radiology followed by Fellowships in Imaging and Neuroradiology at John Hopkins. In addition to his medical education, Jay earned his MBA at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has served as chairman of radiology services at nine hospitals, as CEO of Team Radiology, a division of Team Health and CEO of Radiology Imaging Consultants from 1985 to 2013. Jay joined Radiology Partners in 2013.

Rich has spent virtually his entire career in healthcare services, where he has a long track record of leading, founding and/or investing in healthcare organizations that have led meaningful change in their segments. Prior to co-founding Radiology Partners in 2012 with New Enterprise Associates (NEA), Rich was a lead executive in the financial and operating turnaround of DaVita Inc., which created more than $3 billion of equity value between 2000 and 2003. As CFO and senior advisor to the CEO of DaVita at various times between 2000 and 2012, Rich was integral in the growth of the company. He led DaVita's acquisition of Healthcare Partners, one of the nation's largest physician practices providing integrated/capitated care to more than 1.5M patients. Since the mid-2000s, Rich has been an investor, director and/or chairman of entrepreneurial healthcare companies in areas such as pathology, physician services, clinical laboratories, hospitals and behavioral health. He has also served as a venture partner and venture advisor to NEA since 2007. Rich earned his bachelor of science in Business Administration at Penn State University and his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Anthony graduated with his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and became a clinical instructor at UCLA Medical Center in 1993. While a practicing physician, Anthony earned his MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management and then joined DaVita Inc. During his time with DaVita, Anthony was promoted from vice president of commercial patients to COO, integration and managed the integration of Gambro Healthcare, which doubled the size of DaVita. In 2008, Anthony rose to the position of Chief Information Officer leading 1,000 teammates, 300 contractors and overseeing a $150 million budget developing several new systems for DaVita. Anthony cofounded Radiology Partners in 2012.

Denis has more than 25 years of experience in developing and leading information technology programs in healthcare and life sciences organizations. Prior to joining Radiology Partners in 2019, Denis was CIO and Senior VP for Catholic Health Initiatives, one of the largest hospital systems in the U.S., with 110,000 staff members. Before that, Denis led IT Services for Amgen, the world’s largest biotechnology company, operating in more than 80 countries. At Amgen, he delivered world-class enterprise technology, analytics and supply chain management services to reduce the time-to-market of new therapies and enable unprecedented operational performance. He started his journey in patient-centric organizations as a systems project leader in the control laboratories of Eli Lilly in France, after leading the systems integration activities of a telecom and semi-conductor start-up company (Groupe Info). Denis earned a master’s in information systems from Telecom Ecole de Management, Paris, France and a master’s in Business and Management from Universite Paris Dauphine.

Joe has more than 20 years of experience providing legal counsel to healthcare companies, including both as general counsel and in private practice. He is the founder and chairman of GeneralCounselWest, PC, a boutique law firm serving emerging and established healthcare entities. Joe previously served as general counsel and secretary of DaVita Inc., and under his leadership DaVita’s law department was recognized by Inside Counsel magazine as one of the 10 most innovative legal departments in the country. Prior to joining DaVita, Joe was corporate counsel at Baxter Healthcare, a senior associate in the corporate and securities group at Sidley Austin LLP and an associate at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP. Joe earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Columbia University School of Law, an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Illinois. Joe has served as Radiology Partners’ general counsel/chief legal officer since 2013.

Cameron has extensive experience as a healthcare executive and has successfully built businesses and teams in both the U.S. and overseas. Before joining Radiology Partners, he served as Vice President Development for DaVita Inc., where he led multi-specialty physician group acquisitions and hospital joint ventures in whitespace markets for the $4 billion integrated care division. Cameron also spent multiple years in Singapore as DaVita's Vice President - International Development & Operations, initiating the Fortune 500 healthcare company's expansion into Asia and the Middle East. During his tenure overseas, Cameron led the company's entry into China, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore and Taiwan by completing numerous transactions and scaling the regions' operational infrastructure. Cameron's background also includes extensive healthcare operations management, new business line development, revenue strategy management and investment banking. He earned an MBA from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Steve has over 20 years of financial, leadership and operational experience in healthcare services. Prior to joining Radiology Partners in 2014, Steve served as Vice President of Finance for Smile Brands Inc., a leading dental practice management company, where over his tenure, he led the corporate and operational finance team as well as provided M&A and development support through a period that saw the company grow from $75mm to over $500mm in annualized revenues. Before joining Smile Brands, Steve served as Sr. Vice President Finance and Operations for Vivra Specialty Partners and prior to its $700 million sale, he was Vice President of Finance for Vivra Incorporated, the second largest operator of 250 dialysis clinics in 29 states and specialty physician networks and practices in 15 states. Steve started his career as a senior auditor with Ernst & Young. Steve is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Accounting, from California State University, Fullerton.

Vijay is a physician leader with deep experience across the healthcare value chain (hospital systems, payors, state governments, medical device, pharma, and global public health). He comes to Radiology Partners from McKinsey & Company, where he was an Associate Partner in the healthcare practice, leading engagements across various topics including commercial strategy, provider and payor operations, digital and technology, and research and development. Vijay is a practicing cardiologist at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and Cedars Sinai Medical Center and is on faculty at the UCLA School of Medicine. He completed his fellowship in cardiovascular medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center and residency in internal medicine at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center. He also earned his joint MD and MBA in health management from Tufts University and a Bachelor of Science in biomedical engineering from Northwestern University. Vijay joined Radiology Partners in June of 2018.

Tom has more than 30 years of experience working with physician organizations, providers, payers and other related healthcare services organizations. He served as executive vice president of Health America Inc., a national leader in the health maintenance organization (HMO) medical insurance field in the 1980s. Tom then moved to CIGNA Corporation where he served as general manager and executive vice president. In 1990, he founded Premier Asthma and Allergy, Inc. where he was president and chief executive officer. From 1995 to 2000, Tom was executive vice president of Vivra. In 2000, he cofounded Digital Insurance Inc. and then joined DaVita in 2004. As chief development officer with DaVita Inc., Tom contracted with more than 6,000 physicians and was part of the executive team that grew the dialysis company from an $800 million to a $20 billion enterprise value. Tom sits on a number of healthcare related and non-profit Boards in addition to The Terry College of Business Alumni Board at the University of Georgia. Tom joined Radiology Partners in 2013.
