Jennifer Beaumont serves as senior vice president of IT regional services, outpatient and IT implementations for Radiology Partners.

Jennifer has more than 25 years of experience in healthcare technology. Before joining RP in 2014, she served as CIO for Radiology Imaging Consultants. Jennifer’s nursing background fueled her transition to healthcare IT and continues to drive her dedication to providing quality IT services to our practice, its physicians and the clients and patients that we serve.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from St. Xavier University in Oak Lawn, Illinois.

Tim Burke serves as senior vice president and chief compliance officer for Radiology Partners.

An experienced leader with a unique background in both healthcare compliance and physician practice management operations, Tim joined RP in 2019.

Previously, Tim spent 15 years at DaVita, serving in several compliance roles, including chief compliance officer and ultimately general manager and vice president of operations for DaVita Medical Group (now Optum). As general manager, he was responsible for medical group and affiliated provider network performance, including Medicare Advantage, Commercial and Medicaid lines of business. Prior, Tim was in management consulting and business advisory services with PwC.

Tim earned a Master of Public Health and undergraduate degree from UCLA.

Dr. Frank Castellano serves as associate chief medical officer of clinical operations at Radiology Partners, supporting the implementation of clinical programs, IT and AI tools and managing operations for our partner practices.

Dr. Castellano is a diagnostic/neuroradiologist and president at Columbus Radiology in Ohio. He also serves on the RP Growth Support Board, collaborating with fellow leaders to assess practice partnership strategy and promote physician engagement.

Dr. Castellano earned his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio. He completed his residency and fellowship at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Paul Catlett serves as senior vice president of strategy and development for Radiology Partners.

Paul has 15+ years of healthcare leadership experience. Before joining RP in 2017, he served in a variety of roles at DaVita, both in its physician medical group/integrated care division (now part of Optum) and dialysis businesses in the United States and Asia-Pacific. He has extensive experience in M&A, growth and investment, strategy, network management and financial operations. Paul began his career in the healthcare investment banking group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York.

Paul received a bachelor’s degree in history from Columbia University in New York City.

Dr. Byron Christie serves as associate chief medical officer of integration and president of the SEAL team for Radiology Partners, supporting new site go-lives and conducting diligence processes with new site sales.

Dr. Christie is a diagnostic and interventional radiologist for Eagle RP, RP’s first partner practice formerly known as Eagle Imaging, where he was practice president. He previously served as chairman of the RP President’s Council.

Dr. Christie earned his medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. He completed his internship in surgery at University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and his residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas.

Cameron Cleeton serves as chief development officer for Radiology Partners.

Cameron has extensive experience successfully building healthcare businesses and teams in the United States and overseas. Previously, Cameron served as vice president of international development and operations for DaVita Inc. He also held the role of vice president of development for DaVita’s integrated care division, leading multi-specialty physician group acquisitions and hospital joint ventures.

Cameron received a bachelor's degree in international business from University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Jâlie Cohen serves as chief human resources officer for Radiology Partners.

Jâlie is a seasoned human resources executive with an extensive background in global organizations leading teams in matrixed environments. Jâlie previously served as group SVP, global talent at The Adecco Group and held various human resources executive roles throughout the U.S., EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa), Latin America and the Caribbean with Newell Brands and Centene. She specializes in executive coaching, strategic planning, change management, conflict resolution, inclusive talent programs and business transformations. She believes human resources is both an employee advocate and a business partner and leads under the premise that the two can successfully coexist while fostering a productive, innovative and engaged team.

Jâlie earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies and a Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina.

Kathryn Cullen serves as senior vice president of operations for Radiology Partners.

Kathryn has 15+ years of healthcare and business leadership. Previously, she served as COO for West Dermatology, a family of dermatology practices spanning Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas. There she was deeply involved with practice integrations, physician compensation structure, and designing sustainable operational processes. Prior to West, Kathryn served as division vice president for DaVita Inc., supporting more than 160 outpatient dialysis centers and hospital acute services while also leading some of the country's first value-based care delivery programs.

She earned her MBA from Vanderbilt University in Nashville with a dual concentration in healthcare and operations, and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.

Dr. Ricardo Cury serves as associate chief medical officer for data strategy, aligning and prioritizing data and analytics activities with key practice priorities, goals and objectives, and driving innovation by establishing a data culture.

Dr. Cury is a non-invasive cardiovascular radiologist and chairman and CEO of Radiology Associates of South Florida and Baptist Health of South Florida as well as director of cardiac imaging at Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute. Additionally, he is professor and chairman of radiology at Florida International University, Herbert Wertheim College of Medicine. He is the former CMO of Mednax Radiology Solutions and past-president of the Society of Cardiovascular CT.

He earned his medical degree at Santos School of Medical Sciences in Brazil. He completed his residency at Beneficencia Portuguesa Hospital in Brazil and his fellowship in cardiovascular imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School in Boston. He earned his MBA degree with focus in entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Basak Ertan serves as chief revenue officer for Radiology Partners.

Previously, Basak held the role of vice president of revenue cycle management for DaVita, Inc., following her role as a senior associate consultant at Bain & Company, a leading strategy and management consulting firm. She has extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle, payor strategy, marketing and public relations.

Basak received her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Cambridge.

Dr. Catherine Everett serves as associate chief medical officer for practice analytics, developing and driving analytic reporting capabilities to bolster resources across Radiology Partners practices.

Dr. Everett is a general, musculoskeletal and breast radiologist, and she is practice president and managing partner for Coastal Radiology in New Bern, North Carolina. Additionally, she serves the American College of Radiology Board of Chancellors.

She earned her medical degree at the University of North Carolina (UNC) School of Medicine, and she completed her residency and fellowship at UNC. She earned her MBA from the Yale School of Management.

Dr. Ethan Foxman serves as associate chief medical officer of clinical operations for Radiology Partners, supporting the implementation of clinical programs, IT and AI tools and managing operations for our partner practices.

Dr. Foxman is a neuroradiologist and president at Jefferson Radiology in Hartford, Connecticut.

Dr. Foxman earned his medical degree and completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Stanford University Medical School. He completed his internal medicine internship at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Santa Clara, California, and his diagnostic neuroradiology fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. He completed his Ph.D. in experimental physics at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Co-founder of Radiology Partners, Dr. Anthony Gabriel serves as president for the practice.

Previously, Dr. Gabriel held the role of chief operating officer for DaVita, Inc., overseeing the integration of Gambro Healthcare which doubled the size of the company. He then transitioned to the role of chief information officer, leading 1,000 teammates and 300 contractors as he oversaw a $150 million budget to develop new systems for DaVita. Dr. Gabriel also previously served as a clinical instructor at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Dr. Gabriel received his medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus and his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management in Los Angeles.

Blake Graves serves as senior vice president, revenue cycle management (RCM), for Radiology Partners.

Previously, Blake served as vice president of RCM at Fresenius Medical Care North America, where he led RCM for multiple service lines including urgent care, physician solutions and shared services for the $20 billion Fresenius Kidney Care dialysis business. Prior, Blake was in management consulting with Guidehouse, a leading global professional advisory services firm.

Blake earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and attended an executive education program at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Ryan Harvey serves as chair of the presidents council at Radiology Partners. As chair, Dr. Harvey leads the group of presidents across RP-affiliated practices in their efforts to drive quality, support clinical value and represent their radiologists’ perspective towards advancing our practice.

Dr. Harvey is a practicing radiologist and president of Radiology Associates of Florida. He is also a clinical assistant professor for the Florida State University College of Medicine in Sarasota, Florida.

Dr. Harvey earned his medical degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville. He completed his residency and fellowship at University of South Florida in Tampa. He joined RP in 2018.

Dr. Glenn Kaplan serves as senior vice president of operations at Radiology Partners.

As both a healthcare administration executive and board-certified physician, Dr. Kaplan has 20+ years of leadership experience in healthcare practice systems and a unique combination of business, clinical and technology expertise. Previously, he served as senior vice president and chief medical officer of radiology for the southeast group at Sheridan/Envision Healthcare, where he most recently oversaw a team of 200 radiologists covering 50 facilities within a fully-integrated radiology market, offering hospital-based, imaging center, interventional, mammography and teleradiology services. Earlier in his career, he successfully established and integrated multiple teleradiology service lines.

Dr. Kaplan received his bachelor’s degree the University of Pennsylvania and his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach and his body MRI fellowship at Washington University Mallinckrodt Institute in St. Louis.

Dr. Nina Kottler serves as associate chief medical officer of clinical artificial intelligence and vice president of clinical operations for Radiology Partners, advancing business intelligence by identifying new technologies and piloting programs to enhance design, metrics and assessments through the deployment of AI products.

Dr. Kottler is a diagnostic radiologist for RP Matrix, the practice's internal teleradiology division. She was the first radiologist to join RP and drove the creation and implementation of recoMD, the practice’s AI tool. Dr. Kottler also serves on multiple committees with the American College of Radiology, Radiological Society of North America, Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine and RADxx.

Dr. Kottler earned her medical degree from University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester and completed her residency at University of California, San Diego.

Dr. Vikram Krishnasetty serves as associate chief medical officer of clinical technology and data, leading initiatives for clinical applications, integrations and data management and promoting clinical reporting tools to enhance existing clinical and workflow technologies.

Dr. Krishnasetty is a body imaging and musculoskeletal radiologist and vice president at Columbus Radiology in Ohio.

Dr. Krishnasetty earned his medical degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He served as chief resident and completed his fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology and abdominal imaging at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. With a background in software engineering and AI research, Dr. Krishnasetty also holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science.

Jamie Larsen serves as chief financial officer for Radiology Partners.

Jamie brings more than 20 years of finance and business leadership experience to RP. Previously, he served as CFO for Sound Physicians, a hospital-based medical group comprising 4,500 clinicians across 46 states where he led all aspects of finance, accounting, revenue cycle, payor contracting, IT and investor relations. Prior, Jamie served in multiple finance and strategy leadership roles at DaVita, most recently leading finance operations for their domestic kidney care business, and for several consulting firms, including Bain & Company and PwC.

Jamie earned his MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds an inactive CPA in the state of Arizona. He is a past chair of the board of trustees for the Greater Northwest Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

Rick Lassiter serves as senior vice president of outpatient operations for Radiology Partners. In this role, he oversees RP’s outpatient imaging centers strategy and execution, including strategic planning, operational leadership, process improvement and relationship building with existing and future outpatient center clients.

Prior to joining RP, Rick served as CEO for Fairfax Radiology Consultants in Virginia, where he led a team of more than 90 radiologists and 800 employees covering more than 20 outpatient facilities throughout northern Virginia and southern Maryland. Previously, Rick served as chief administrative officer for Parkwest Medical Center in Knoxville, Tennessee, and in several senior leadership roles for Baptist Memorial Healthcare in Memphis, Tennessee.

Rick earned his bachelor’s degree from Arkansas State University in Jonesboro and his MBA from the University of North Alabama in Florence.

Mark Logan serves as senior vice president of clinical technology for Radiology Partners.

Mark has worked in the healthcare/software field for over 25 years, with a focus on radiology for the past 20 years. Before joining RP, Mark held the role of development executive for IBM Watson Health Imaging. In that role, Mark drove the development of the enterprise imaging portfolio.

Mark received a bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Toronto, Ontario.

Dr. James Lyons serves as associate chief medical officer of clinical operations for Radiology Partners, supporting the implementation of clinical programs, IT and AI tools and managing operations for our partner practices.

Dr. Lyons is a vascular and interventional radiologist and chairman at Southwest Diagnostic Imaging (SDI) in Scottsdale, Arizona. He previously served as president for RP Phoenix, leading SDI through the transition to RP while serving as executive vice president.

Dr. Lyons earned his medical degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas. He completed his residency and fellowship at Western Pennsylvania Hospital in Pittsburgh.

Dr. Chris Mattern serves as associate chief medical officer of radiologist experience for Radiology Partners, partnering with practice leaders to provide the right tools, resources and work environment to maintain the practice's culture for radiologists.

Dr. Mattern is a neuroradiologist and practice president at Greensboro Radiology in North Carolina. He also serves as board member for DRI Imaging Centers in California.

Dr. Mattern earned his medical degree from Mayo Clinic School of Health Sciences in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in neurology at Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Dr. Krishna Nallamshetty serves as chief medical officer for Radiology Partners, championing all aspects of the practice's clinical agenda and ensuring patient care, clinical value and physician leadership are effectively integrated and prominently represented within RP’s business strategies.

Dr. Nallamshetty is a cardiovascular radiologist and former president at Radiology Associates of Florida. He serves as chief of staff for Tampa General Hospital, the largest academic medical center in Florida, and the chair of the department of radiology at USF Health Morsani College of Medicine.

Dr. Nallamshetty earned his medical degree from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia. He completed his residency in diagnostic imaging at Tufts University School of Medicine and fellowship in cardiovascular imaging at Harvard Medical School.

Fredricka Richards serves as senior vice president, payor strategy and contracting, and corporate counsel for Radiology Partners.

Before joining RP in 2014, Fredricka served as an attorney focused on patent litigation and intellectual property matters. She has extensive trial experience and represented clients in multiple industries, such as technology and healthcare.

Fredricka earned her bachelor’s degree at University of California, Los Angeles. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in Minneapolis.

Dr. Eric Rohren serves as associate chief medical officer of clinical research and education, leading the Radiology Partners Research Institute, partnering with academic centers to publish research and overseeing the practice's education committee.

Dr. Rohren also serves as chairman for the department of radiology at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Previously, he held the role of chief of positron emission tomography at MD Anderson Cancer Center.

Dr. Rohren earned his medical degree from Mayo Medical School in Rochester, Minnesota. He completed his diagnostic imaging residency and nuclear medicine fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He also holds a Ph.D. in immunology from Mayo Graduate School.

Dr. Arthy Saravanan serves as associate chief medical officer of recruitment for Radiology Partners, supporting the development of national recruiting strategy and collaborating with the marketing team to elevate the practice's brand.

Dr. Saravanan is a breast imaging radiologist and serves as chair of marketing at ARA Diagnostic Imaging in Austin, Texas. She is also an assistant professor for the department of diagnostic medicine at Dell Seton Medical Center at the University of Texas in Austin.

Dr. Saravanan earned her medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis. She completed her residency at Providence Hospital in Southfield, Michigan, and Aultman/Mercy Hospital/NEOMED in Canton, Ohio. She completed her fellowship in breast imaging at University Health Network in Toronto.

Dr. Gavin Slethaug serves as associate chief medical officer of growth and executive vice president of practice partnerships for Radiology Partners, leading and supporting all initiatives of the practice's growth team, including partnerships and M&A, internal market development and national health system relationships.

Dr. Slethaug is an interventional radiologist at Southwest Medical Imaging (SMIL) and HonorHealth, in Scottsdale, Arizona. He is a partner at SMIL and has held numerous leadership positions within SMIL, HonorHealth and Southwest Diagnostic Imaging. Currently, he serves on the board of AZPACT (Arizona Physicians Advancing Cardiovascular Treatment) and also on the leadership council for HonorHealth's Heart and Vascular Institute.

Dr. Slethaug earned his medical degree from University of Toronto. He completed both his residency and fellowship in interventional radiology at Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, Missouri.

Brian Stern serves as chief operating officer for Radiology Partners.

Previously, Brian was CEO of West Dermatology, a family of dermatology practices in California, Arizona, Texas and Nevada. Prior, he served as group vice president at DaVita Inc., where he oversaw clinical strategy, field operations and real estate for DaVita’s 65,000 teammates and 2,800 dialysis clinics and was instrumental in leading DaVita’s transition from fee-for-service to value-based care. He also served as senior vice president of operations at Smile Brands, where he oversaw the clinical and financial performance of the company’s 380 dental practices.

Brian earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and his MBA from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He currently serves on the boards of the University of California Irvine Health, Silverado Senior Living and the Jewish Community Center of Orange County.

Co-founder of Radiology Partners, Rich Whitney serves as chairman and CEO of the practice, in addition to serving as a venture partner and advisor to New Enterprise Associates.

Previously, Rich served as CFO of DaVita Inc., where he helped lead the turnaround of the company, creating more than $3 billion of equity value over three years. He was also integral to DaVita’s growth over many years, leading the acquisition of Gambro Healthcare from Gambro AB and the acquisition of Healthcare Partners, one of the nation's largest physician practices providing integrated and capitated care to more than 1.5 million patients (now part of Optum).

Rich received his bachelor's degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University in University Park and his MBA from Harvard Business School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He has a long track record of leading, founding and investing in healthcare organizations that create meaningful change in their specialties, serving as an investor, director and chairman of a variety of healthcare companies for more than 15 years. Rich currently serves on the board and is an investor in CHG Healthcare Services, Strive Health, US Heart & Vascular and National Veterinary Associates.

Dr. Syed F. Zaidi serves as associate chief medical officer of operations and integration for Radiology Partners, supporting national growth initiatives with new health systems, and as one of the key leaders of the SEAL practice. He also serves as chair of population health for the American College of Radiology and board member of RADPAC, the national radiology political action committee.

Previously, Dr. Zaidi served in multiple leadership roles, including chair of the president’s council and vice president of clinical operations and growth for RP, founder/CEO of RadHelp and president/CEO of Radiology Associates of Canton in Ohio.

Dr. Zaidi earned his medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine and his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He completed his internship in surgery and residency in diagnostic radiology at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York where he also served as chief resident. He completed his fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at Yale University. He and his wife Mehdia along with their daughter Maira make their home in Washington, DC.

Denis Zerr serves as chief information officer for Radiology Partners.

Previously, Denis held the role of chief information officer and senior vice president for Catholic Health Initiatives and served as vice president of information and business services for Amgen, the world’s largest biotechnology company. He has a strong track record of developing and leading IT programs in healthcare and life sciences organizations.

Denis earned a master’s degree in information systems from Telecom Ecole de Management in Paris and an additional master’s degree in business and management from Universite Paris Dauphine.

Dr. Vivek Bansal serves as national subspecialty lead of neuroradiology for Radiology Partners.

Dr. Bansal is a board member and the section chief of neuroradiology at RP Gulf Coast in Houston, Texas. Additionally, he serves as the lead radiologist for HCA Gulf Coast Division’s Neuroscience Governance Council, a clinical assistant professor at University of Houston College of Medicine and industry consultant for companies performing stroke data analytics and advanced neuroradiology image processing.

Dr. Bansal completed his medical degree and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and his fellowship in neuroradiology at Emory University in Atlanta. He also completed a Ph.D. in bioengineering, working on devices for functional neuroimaging, at Rice University in Houston.

Dr. Dana Bonaminio serves as national subspecialty lead of breast imaging for Radiology Partners.

Dr. Bonaminio is a breast imaging radiologist at Advanced Diagnostic Imaging. She also serves as director of breast imaging for Ascension Saint Thomas Midtown in Nashville, Tennessee. She is a board member for Tennessee Women in Medicine, and she is an active member of Society for Breast Imaging, Tennessee Radiological Society and American Association for Women Radiologists.

Dr. Bonaminio earned her medical degree from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine in Ohio. She completed her radiology residency and breast imaging fellowship at Indiana University in Indianapolis.

Dr. Daniel Brunengraber serves as national subspecialty lead of cardiothoracic imaging for Radiology Partners.

Dr. Brunengraber is a vascular and neuroradiologist for Renaissance Imaging Medical Associates (RIMA), which serves hospitals and outpatient centers across southern California. He is also on the structural heart disease preoperative planning committee for RIMA’s local client hospitals and develops programs for peer learning.

Dr. Brunengraber earned his medical degree from Case Western University School of Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. He completed a fellowship in cardiovascular imaging from University of California, Los Angeles, and a fellowship in neuroradiology at Cleveland Clinic.

Chris Davis serves as national subspecialty lead of advanced practice providers for Radiology Partners.

Chris Davis is a physician assistant (PA) in interventional radiology for RP Phoenix in Mesa, Arizona. Additionally, Chris is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and has been a clinical associate member of the Society of Interventional Radiology. Previously, he served as president of the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. He enjoys his role as adjunct faculty and preceptor for PA programs in the region.

Chris completed a radiologic technology (RT) program prior to his masters of physician assistant studies at A.T. Still University, Arizona School of Health Science, in Mesa, Arizona. Currently, he is pursuing his doctorate of medical science degree at A.T. Still University, with anticipated graduation in 2023.

Dr. Nathan Gee serves as national subspecialty lead of nuclear medicine and molecular imaging for Radiology Partners.

Dr. Gee is a nuclear radiologist with Columbus Radiology in Columbus, Ohio. He serves as the section head for nuclear medicine, servicing 24 hospitals and multiple outpatient imaging centers throughout Ohio.

Dr. Gee completed his medical degree at University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in New York, residency in diagnostic radiology at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania, and his fellowship in nuclear medicine at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Dr. Richard Heller serves as associate chief medical officer of communications and health policy and national subspecialty lead of pediatric radiology for Radiology Partners. He works closely with each department to collaborate on communications and strategize on policy issues to direct our advocacy efforts, in addition to leading the advancement of clinical programs for the practice’s pediatrics subspecialty division.

Dr. Heller is a pediatric radiologist at the University of Chicago Comer Children’s Hospital. Additionally, he is an officer of the Society for Pediatric Radiology, an editorial board member of Pediatric Radiology Journal and a leader of economic-focused committees for the American College of Radiology.

Dr. Heller earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine in Chicago and his MBA from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He completed his residency at the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and his fellowship in pediatric radiology at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Hetal Patel serves as national subspecialty lead of musculoskeletal radiology for Radiology Partners, where he is also active on the RP regional growth team, hospital system support board and practice excellence support board.

Dr. Patel is a musculoskeletal radiologist and chief of musculoskeletal care at Greensboro Radiology in Greensboro, North Carolina. He also serves on the medical executive committee for Cone Health-Alamance Regional Medical Center in Burlington, North Carolina.

Dr. Patel earned his medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency at Baystate Medical Center/Tufts University in Springfield, Massachusetts, and his musculoskeletal radiology fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Dr. Constantino Peña serves as national subspecialty lead of interventional radiology for Radiology Partners.

Dr. Pena is an interventional radiologist and medical director of vascular imaging at Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute. He also serves as chairman of Miami Cardiac and Vascular Institute Management Company and sits on the annual meeting committee for the Society of Interventional Radiology.

Dr. Pena earned his medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine in New Haven, Connecticut. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency and vascular interventional fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston.

Dr. Syam Reddy serves as national subspecialty lead of body imaging for Radiology Partners.

Dr. Reddy is a body and breast radiologist and practice president at RP Chicago. He has served on the advisory board for the body imaging national subspecialty division since its inception in 2021. Additionally, he is the clinical chair at UChicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial and a member of several RP physician support boards as well as a facilitator for RP Coaching Circles. Outside of RP, he holds memberships in the Chicago Radiologic Society, Breast Imaging American College of Radiology (ACR) Data Science Institute, ACR CT colonoscopy committee, the ACR HR commission, Society of Cardiovascular CT (SCCT) and Society of Cardiovascular MR (SCMR).

Dr. Reddy earned his medical degree from the University of Illinois Medical Center in Chicago. He completed his residency at Sparrow Health System and fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

David Bassin’s career in healthcare services has spanned the ecosystem of pharmaceutical, payer and provider solutions. Most recently, he was CEO of Healogics, a national operator of wound care facilities, where he transformed the leading provider of advanced wound care services through a new value proposition and performance management system differentiating the customer value Healogics delivers while developing population-based solutions for patients driving better health outcomes.

Prior to CEO, David served as Chief Financial Officer for Healogics, eviCore and inVentiv Health, executing multiple debt and equity transactions including recapitalizations, acquisitions and multiple successful transitions. He consistently demonstrates focus on delivering exceptional customer growth while also profitability managing the complexities of fee-for-value contracts.

David earned his bachelor’s degree in economics and business from Lafayette College in Easton, Pennsylvania, and was a certified public accountant (inactive).

Geoff Clark is a partner and the founder of Whistler Capital Partners, a Nashville-based growth equity investor in tech-enabled healthcare services companies.

Prior to the formation of Whistler Capital Partners, Geoff was the senior managing director of Starr Investment Holdings, leading more than $3.5B of private capital investment into healthcare and business services companies. Additionally, he spent more than a decade at Goldman, Sachs & Co. where he was a partner and managing director.

Geoff graduated as a Leslie Wong Fellow with a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of British Columbia. He is a chartered financial analyst.

Dr. Gregory Connor is a practicing radiologist and currently serves as president of ARA Diagnostic Imaging in Austin, in addition his role as chief of radiology at University of Texas Dell Medical School.

Previously, Dr. Connor held various leadership roles at Texas Radiological Society, including chief counselor, treasurer and chair of the legislative committee, in addition to serving as a board member of Strategic Radiology.

Dr. Connor earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston. He served as chief resident at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore and competed his fellowship in musculoskeletal radiology at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Jeffrey (Jeff) Immelt joined New Enterprise Associates in 2018 as a venture partner on both the technology and healthcare investing teams. He is the author of HOT SEAT, a memoir of leadership in times of crisis.

Jeff served as chairman and CEO of GE for 16 years, where he revamped the company’s strategy, global footprint, workforce and culture. During his tenure, he led several innovative transformations that doubled industrial earnings, reshaped the portfolio, re-established market leadership, grew a strong share position in essential industries and quadrupled emerging market revenue.

Jeff has been named one of the “World’s Best CEOs” three times by Barron’s. While serving as CEO, GE was named “America’s Most Admired Company” by Fortune magazine and one of “The World’s Most Respected Companies” in polls by Barron’s and the Financial Times. He has received 15 honorary degrees and numerous awards for business leadership, in addition to chairing the President’s Council on Jobs and Competitiveness under the Obama administration.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from Harvard University. He currently serves on the board for NEA portfolio companies Bloom Energy, Bright Health, Cleo, Collective Health, Desktop Metal, Formlabs, Tri Alpha Energy and Tuya. Jeff is also on the board of Sila Nanotechnologies and Twilio, a public company leader in mobile communication, and is a member of The American Academy of Arts & Sciences. He and his wife have one daughter.

Mohamad Makhzoumi is a general partner and head of New Enterprise Associates (NEA)’s Global Healthcare Investing practice, which typically accounts for $1.5 billion of investments every two to three years across healthcare services, healthcare IT, biopharma and medical devices. Mohamad’s personal investment practice is primarily focused on the healthcare services and healthcare information technology sectors where he is currently a director of Aetion, Bright Health, Collective Health, Comprehensive Pharmacy Services, Nuvolo, Paladina Health, Radiology Partners, Strive Health and Welltok. Mohamad’s past investments include Bravo Health, CHG Healthcare, DaVita NephroLife, DSI Renal, Golden State Medical Supply, Long Term Care Group, ppoNEXT, U.S. Renal Care and Vantage Oncology.

Previously, Mohamad focused on growth equity investments at Summit Partners prior to which he worked with UBS Investment Bank, concentrating on leveraged finance and sponsor-led transactions. Mohamad received a bachelor's degree with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia and is a board member of the National Venture Capital Association (NVCA).

Joe Mello is a private investor and management consultant in the healthcare industry. He is currently a member of the board of Everside Health, Project Connect and MARS Petcare. He also serves on the advisory board to the President of the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta and various other non-profit organizations.

Previously, Joe held the roles of president at DaVita Medical Group and chief operating officer of DaVita Inc. Prior to his time at DaVita, he served as an executive leader and board member for a variety of privately held and public healthcare companies, in addition to his role as a partner in the healthcare consulting group at KPMG.

Joe received a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta and an MBA in finance from Golden Gate University in San Francisco.

Dr. Rod Owen is a practicing radiologist and board chair at Scottsdale Medical Imaging in Arizona. He also serves as department chair of radiology at HonorHealth and chair of operations and finance at Innovation Care Partners, an affiliate of HonorHealth.

Previously, Dr. Owen held the role of medical director of radiology and served on the quality resources management committee for Scottsdale Healthcare System. He is a founding member and former vice chairman of Strategic Radiology.

Dr. Owen earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore. He completed his residency in radiology and his fellowship in diagnostic radiology at University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia. He is a fellow of the American College of Radiology and served as president of the Arizona chapter.

Dr. Kavita Patel is a nonresident fellow at the Brookings Institution and a primary care physician in Washington, DC. She also serves as an advisor to the Bipartisan Policy Center and a member of Health and Human Services Physician Focused Payment Model Technical Advisory Committee.

Previously, Dr. Patel was managing director of clinical transformation at the Center for Health Policy at Brookings. She also served in the Obama Administration as director of policy for the Office of Intergovernmental Affairs and Public Engagement. As senior aide to Valerie Jarrett, President Obama’s senior advisor, Dr. Patel played a critical role in policy development and evaluation of policy initiatives connected to health reform, financial regulatory reform and economic recovery issues. Dr. Patel also has a deep understanding of Capitol Hill from her time spent on late Senator Edward Kennedy’s staff as deputy staff director on health. She served as a policy analyst and trusted aide to the Senator and was part of the senior staff of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (HELP) Committee. Dr. Patel also has an extensive research and clinical background, having worked as a researcher at RAND Corporation and as a practicing physician in both California and Oregon. She currently advises health care technology and services organizations through New Enterprise Associates.

Dr. Patel is a previous Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholar. She earned her medical degree from the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston and her master’s degree in public health from the University of California in Los Angeles.
