PLS is a three-day conference designed to inspire leaders and teams, create opportunities for connection and celebrate successes. Developed in partnership with key physician leaders, content includes basic and executive leadership development delivered via keynote address and general and breakout sessions.

Attendees will leave PLS with deeper insight into the state of RP – clinical, business and financial initiatives, our culture, and the unique challenges we face. Physician, executive, and client attendees will engage in interactive discussions designed to enhance the patient and client experience through the delivery of excellent service. Celebratory events will include teambuilding, partner elevations, and an awards dinner to create connections, celebrate our team and instill our practice values.
