Radiology as a specialty is experiencing significant changes, and for RP to remain best prepared to manage and be ready for unexpected opportunities, we will need leaders who are adept at leading change.
The Foundations of Change Management course targets skill development for leaders tasked with driving change and who must effectively guide others through the process of change.
Participants are introduced to the different stages of change and have opportunities to practice newly learned skills that will help them assess the change and frame it in a more productive and healthy manner.
Attendees will examine their own leadership styles that will help translate ideas into action which includes introducing change, motivating others and overcoming resistance to change.
