This leadership development opportunity offers an extensive curriculum covering the building blocks of core RP foundational leadership topics. It is the first in what will be a three-course series.

The course is RPU’s flagship program. It facilitates fundamental skill development in the critical management competencies of self-management/EQ, leading a team and supervising a portfolio of work.

Curriculum includes four- competency based modules spanning four months. Instructor led training, self paced application assignments, small group discussion and monthly manager check-ins are required program components.

What will I learn?

  • Build awareness of the internal operating system influencing your effectiveness: personal values, limiting beliefs, patterns of reactive behavior
  • Leverage the SBI model to provide constructive and positive feedback
  • Understand the different dimensions of trust
  • Develop a personalized discipline to improve communication including intent, planning, practice and progress
  • Build awareness of personal patterned behaviors when addressing conflict
  • Take timely, appropriate actions to support your recruiting partnership and overall process
  • Implement calendaring planning and boundary strategies to improve how efficiently you use time
