The course is designed to develop basic individual leadership skills while fostering peer relationships.  RP Connect for Support Teammates also includes an introduction to RP’s mission, vision, and practice principles. Attendees gain a deeper understanding of RP’s culture while networking with peers and executive leaders.

What will I learn?

• Understand more deeply RP’s mission, vision, values and practice principles.
• Establish personal actions that contribute to a positive work environment and culture.
• Examine the concept of self-management, a core leadership competency here at RP.
• Meet and discuss content with a variety of support teammates and leaders from around the Practice.
