The course is designed to evaluate and deepen basic leadership skills with an introduction to emotional intelligence and its impact on relationships. RP Connect also includes an introduction to the Practice’s mission, vision and practice principles. Attendees gain a deep understanding of RP’s culture while creating lasting peer relationships.
