Foundations is a classroom style training program which delivers development in focused areas derived from RPs “ A Great Practice” dashboard. The curriculum provides holistic education inclusive of tactical skills and tools to help physician leaders establish foundational aptitudes to lead local practices and teams.

RP Foundations attendees enhance their operational and soft skills to support success in our Focus Four objectives, including:

• Clinical excellence
• Change leadership
• Business & financial leadership

• Content is designed annually to support RPs top operational priorities.
• Detailed course descriptions are provided at the time of program registration. Attending leaders self-select courses that will best meet their developmental and practice/team needs.
